Ideal for sending large quantities of Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's, Wedding Thank You's, Easter, Change of Address cards, etc.
You decide on the sentiment to send to each recipient, along with your card design choice, and we'll send your hundreds or thousands of cards for you on time and all with your own handwriting.
INSTRUCTIONS
(all instructions and forms also available for download at the bottom of this page)
1. Complete the information submission form to request your ID and to get you set up in our system (click here)
2. Create your handwritten font and MAIL the forms back to us (click here)
3. Please download the "Addresses Form Instructions" for a more thorough explanation or if you prefer to print the instructions.
4. Download the “Addresses Form” excel template from our website
5. Type in the name of your category list (Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mixed Ocassions, Wedding Thank You's, etc.) If you have several category lists we ask that you please submit a separate “Addresses Form” for each category. For Wedding Thank You's please contact us for further assistance. ink@EtiquetteInk.com
6. Please write in the size and desired card design numbers (from our web site: www.EtiquetteInk.com/designs.html) You have 2 different choices for each form you submit.
7. Complete the columns with the information from your selected contacts (if you need help exporting your contacts from Outlook to Excel, please download the “How to export contacts from Outlook to Excel” )
PLEASE NOTE: Etiquette Ink will keep all of your information and that of your recipients confidential. Etiquette Ink is not responsible for wrong addresses, damaged, or returned cards.
8. Download the “Message Form” and type in 3 different messages of your choosing to be used with each card recipient. You have 3 different choices for each category.
9. Please submit both the “Addresses Form” and the “Message Form” by E-MAIL to: ink@EtiquetteInk.com
Include your customer ID on the subject line. We will send a confirmation email once we receive it.
10. We will send you an email invoice and we will begin your service as soon as we receive your payment.
