We recommend this service for last-minute occasions that cannot be predicted, like a Thank You card, Follow Up card, Sympathy, New Baby, Congratulations, etc.

Once you are registered with us AND using at least one of our services, you can simply log in with your customer ID, type in your message and your recipient's address, and we'll take care of the rest.

For Follow Up cards we also offer follow up services where we send your new contacts as many follow up cards as you wish, automatically.

We also can type your message (with your handwriting), format it accordingly, and email it to you on a PDF format ready to print on your own personal or company stationary. This service is ideal for assistants to busy executives who may need to get a personalized message out on behalf of their bosses who may not be in the office to write it themselves.

INSTRUCTIONS

To use this service you must already be registered with Etiquette Ink and must be using one of our services. Please refer to the "Start" page for more information.

1. Go to the submissions page and enter your recipient's information, message and submit

Note: for "Nice To Meet You" cards, make sure to select the box and under "special instructions"

please specify the dates when we should mail a second and/or third card to your recipient.

Please don't forget to type in your message.

2. We will print your message right away on one of your pre-selected greeting card designs appropriate for the occasion.

3. We will mail to the specified recipient's address

4. We will email you an invoice a the end of the month for the services rendered

PLEASE NOTE: Etiquette Ink will keep all of your information and that of your recipients confidential. Etiquette Ink is not responsible for wrong addresses, damaged, or returned cards.
